Karen Yacobucci

COMMITTEE MEMBER

Karen has been with Henry Ford Jackson for fourteen years in progressive capacities of service line leadership for cancer, cardiovascular, neuromusculoskeletal, occupational health services and strategic growth. As of April 2016, when Allegiance Health joined Henry Ford Health System, she assumed system administrative leadership for the Central Region and expanded her role across the state of Michigan for physician partnering and screening. In 2020 her role was expanded to strategic and financial planning for system-wide cancer services. She has 36 years of experience in developing and implementing healthcare strategies, as well as market and physician alignment initiatives. She has successfully developed system and service line strategic plans by integrating key stakeholders, facilitated board and medical staff retreats, renamed and rebranded system images and aligned with physicians for business development and health care reform.

In addition to her role at Henry Ford Cancer, Karen has lectured nationally, served on several community and high school boards, is a past adjunct faculty member of Cleveland State University, and serves on the Susan G. Komen Michigan Board and It’s In Your Jeans Board- both focused on the critical role of screening, preventative lifestyle habits and early detection of disease.
